Briefly about Eurogold

Eurogold Industries Ltd is a leading European manufacturer of branded products for the international consumer goods market, specializing in the production of ironing boards and covers, dryers, ladders, and even windsurfing boards. Here, every tenth ironing board, bought in European stores, is produced.

Eurogold Industries is a large foreign-invested manufacturing company with annual sales of around € 25 million, operating in more than 50 countries around the world in the household goods industry.

Eurogold Industries is a powerful part of Zhytomyr’s infrastructure. As one of the city’s largest taxpayers, the company also provides more than 1,200 people with jobs.

Eurogold Industries was founded in Zhytomyr in 2002 by Austrian-born Eric Grolitsch and his sons Nils and Tobias.

2002 – Eurogold Industries founded
2003 – First production of step ladders and ironing boards
2004 – Eurogold buys first in-house tube mill
2005 – Founding of RussEurogold partnership for sales in Russia and CIS
2006 – Opening of the second production hall with the total area of 25.000 m²
2007 – Establishing of distribution partners in all major European countries
2008 – First overseas exports to South America, USA, Middle East, and Africa
2009 – Opening of fifth production hall to a with the total area of 42.000 m²
2010 – Re-branding of the Eurogold trademark
2011 – Full ownership of the whole factory area
2012 – Investments in environmental protection
2013 – New powder coating line installed
2014 – Launch of the windsurf boards production
2015 – Launch of 9 inhouse plastic molding machines and second fully automatic dryer line
2016 – Sedex SMETA 4 pillar audit successfully passed
2017 – Buying of 6th and 7th production hall with the total area of 82 000 m2
2018 – Launch of new standing drying racks assortment
